I just don't get it. We win the series both times against uga and florida then we show up in hoover and just take a dump and let em rub our faces in it! We could have made a strong case for a superregional host before this tournament but now we have no chance to host beyond a regional. Everyone just chill a little. The only thing the SECT is good for is getting bubble teams into the NCAA field. Yeah, this probably did knock us out of the national seed, but who cares? We play better on the road than we do at home anyway. We have the best or second best road win percentage in the country I believe I read. So we'll go on the road for the SR. Omaha's on the road too, so get a head start. However you want to look at it, it is what it is. We all know this is a better team than they showed yesterday and today. We're still SEC Champs.
We'll host a Regional. I firmly believe that's a lock. We can backdoor a SR host with a little luck. The SECT was just a waste of time this year and now we have over a week to get ready for the Regionals. It's all good, don't start wiggin out yet.

I know that we shouldn't wig out yet but you have to admit this is extremely frustrating! It just seems to me that in all olemiss sports we go and win some games and everything seems gravy and then boom the bottom falls out and we choke when its time for the real test. I hope your right and we find out that the rebs were more focused on the ncaas then the sect.

Our baseball team was just EMBARRASSED in Hoover, who cares. I know we should have a regional locked up. But the opportunity to be a top 8 seed should be motivation. Not playing like complete and utter *beep* should be motivation. They seriously should not even have made the trip.
I hope this is a wake up call rather than a sign of things to come.

The time for indifference is over we need to freakin step it up for once and earn respect and you can't do that by winning the sec and a week later going two and out in the sec tournament! These rebels MUST win the regional next week then they MUST travel to the super regional and win there. If they don't at least make it to the cws then its just another day for the rebs baseball team.

I mean gah this is completely embarrasing! They freakin stopped the game as a mercy rule in the 8th because we were getting beat so bad! Wat the hel happened to our rebs they seriously played like they just wanted to get back to oxford. I guess they didn't like that hoover sunshine, musta been to bright.
