All athletic facilities?

Haven't heard anything about it here and didn't want to bring it up because I don't think we're in the position for a new one but....I've seen on other sites about a $90 mill. facility in the making with a rec center combined. Supposedly, "ground will be broken within the next 12 months"...........Can anyone elaborate?
