Yep, from what I saw, Mason wasn't the (deciding) difference, for Georgia. LSU, USCe, and even Miss State have acquitted themselves, nicely. Gotta think 'Bama should handle Oklahoma, Vandy should have a real good shot against Houston; but does that 'magic horseshoe' locked up Gus' & AU's nether regions fall out, against FSU next Monday?

I think the ACC is a pretty weak conference. Yes, Florida State has a good team. But Miami, Duke, VaTech, GaTech and Boston College have all lost their games. North Carolina won theirs, so I believe the ACC (or ACK!!!) as I call it, is the reverse of the SEC in post-game results. 1-5, as opposed to 5-1. I certainly think Auburn has a good chance against FSU. They compiled their record against the toughest league in the country and the toughest division (SEC West) in that league. Six of the seven SEC West played in bowls, and so for, four of the six that have played are undefeated. You will not find a division of any league in the country that can say that. (Or any league period, for that matter.)
I think Florida State is this year's Notre Dame, but at a higher level. There was a reason Bobby Bowden took FSU into the ACC to start with. Back then, he knew they were a relatively weak football league that he could win easily. And he did just that. Today's ACC isn't much stronger than it was back then. I like Auburn's chances to pull this one off.

I think that this year's FSU team looks like an SEC team to be honest.
