This is the odd one

Louisville Regional
Alabama
Louisville
Western Kentucky
Dayton

Do they really think that UL will pull in a bigger crowd than Bama?

Didn't UL just win the Big East? That's what matters.
Don't try to teach a pig to sing. They'll call you silly names and get all bitter about head coach.

UL only averages 1,100 fans per game though. And Bama would be the #1 seed but not hosting. That only happens when the #1 seed can't draw in the fans. It just doesn't make sense

Yes. It happens when the #1 seed doesn't draw as well as one of the other seeds. That bodes well for us in that we have a large home crowd each game.

But I could see it if Ole Miss is going to host and you're going to try to be more "regionalized".

UL pulled a great crowd either last year or year before when they hosted the SR. I could see them getting the nod over Bama. Still different, but wouldn't be the most outrageous thing the selection committee's ever done.
GO REBELS!!!
